This Cracks in the Ice and National Centre for Clinical Research on Emerging Drugs webinar explores the development of IMPACT, an internet-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) intervention for methamphetamine use. We took a behind-the-scenes look at how manualised CBT was translated into a digital delivery format, including the challenges, decisions and considerations involved in adapting an established psychological treatment for online, self-guided use.

This 1 hour free webinar was on Tuesday 29th September 2026 and explored:

This webinar was presented by Dora Karavasilis, a PhD candidate at National Centre for Clinical Research on Emerging Drugs (NCCRED), her research sits at the intersection of digital health innovation, clinical practice and implementation science. Dora leads the knowledge translation and development for NCCREDs IMPACT study, a digital CBT intervention for methamphetamine, one of the first studies of its kind translating evidence-based digital therapeutics into frontline AOD care.
