Summary: The Penington Institute has developed a collection of videos and fact sheets about crystal to build the capacity and confidence of staff at Needle and Syringe Programs (NSPs) and related workplaces working with clients who inject drugs.

Please note that although many of the topics covered in the videos and fact sheets are also addressed on the Cracks in the Ice website (e.g., what is ice?, how many people use ice?, mental health effects of ice), the content developed by the Penington Institute has been specifically tailored to NSPs and related workplaces. There are also topics not covered on Cracks in the Ice fact pages such as “Engaging clients who use ice” and “Safer injecting and harm reduction”.

The resources are also supported by training delivered free of charge within Victoria only. For more information, or to book a session, please email info@penington.org.au.
